Mandatory Documents

Passport: Original Passport valid for 3 months after the intended stay and must have 2 blank pages

Visa Application Form: Online filled visa application form

Coloured Photograph: 2 Passport size colour Photograph 35mm x 45 mm white background and 80% face cover

Cover Letter: Letter from the company on the letter head stating the applicant’s name, designation, passport number, purpose and duration of visit duly signed and sealed along with the name and designation of the signatory.

Invitation Letter: from the inviting company stating the purpose and duration of stay duly signed along with the signatory’s name and designation and company stamp

Travel Bookings: Confirmed air tickets or booking of air tickets of onward and return

Hotel Reservation: Proof of reservation of hotel or any other accommodation for the intended stay.

Travel Insurance: Valid for all Schengen countries throughout the duration of stay.Insurance should be amounting 30000 Euros

Financial Document: Income tax return for last 3 years.Bank statement for last 3 months

If Employed: 3-month Salary slip and NOC from employer.

Vaccination Certificate: Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate for both doses (it should be linked with Passport Number)

Company Documents : Company Income Tax Return (ITR) form.Certificate of Incorporation of the company

Note :-: 1. Require 2 set of all documents. 2. For applicants applying from North/East VFS visa application centres biomatrix is mandatory.

PHOTO SPECIFICATION:-
Three recent color photographs, 35 x 45 mm in size with white background, Matt Finish paper, no borders and face should cover 80% of the photo area. In case of a Female applicant, the hair should be tied up so that both the ears are visible.
