Covering letter on company letter head fully explain about the company profile and visit to China it should be stamp by company & should be address as below also travelling date should mention on the covering letter (Applicant full Name & Passport should be mention on Covering letter) & person who is signing the covering letter he need write his full name & designation on the letter head
PU letter(visa notification letter required from Ministry of Foreign affairs China)
Invitation letter should be on the letter head of Chinese Company with clear round seal of the chinese company & Sign should be in Chinese language only also the person who will sign the invitation he need write his full name & designation on the invitation letter please note that (Applicant full Name & Passport No should be mention on invite letter) ( See the below format in Blue Color)
