If in Service: - Last three years personal income tax returns. Last three months' salary slips, original A no objection certificate/ letter from the current employer, Personal Bank statements last 06 months (till date) with bank seal and signature of the bank manager in each and every page with Minimum balance should be Rs 1,50,000/-

If in Retired: - Last three years personal income tax returns, Retirement / Pension letter, Personal Bank statements last 06 months (till date) with bank seal and signature of the bank manager in each and every page with Minimum balance should be Rs 1,50,000/-

If in Business: – Proof of Business i.e. Company Registration copy / Trade License /partnership deed/ Partners NOC, & partners Signed ID copy/ Memorandum of Article (MOA), Last three years company income tax returns and company last three months original bank statement duly stamped and signed by bank if any, Personal Bank statements last 06 months (till date) with bank seal and signature of the bank manager in each and every page with Minimum balance should be Rs 1,50,000/- and income tax return for the last three years.

If in New Couple: Marriage certificate or / marriage card & engagement proof (both Side) Parents Signed ID Proof & NOC  (both Side)

If children accompanying – School / College ID card copy & current or Previous year Mark sheet copy.

Covering letter from the applicant on company's letter head stating his Name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.

PHOTO SPECIFICATION:-
Three recent color photographs, 35 x 50 cm in size with white background, Matt Finish paper, no borders and face should cover 80% of the photo area. In case of a Female applicant, the hair should be tied up so that both the ears are visible.
