VIETNAM TOURIST VISA CHECKLIST
Original Passport valid for six months from the date of return from foreign country.
One Visa Application Form to be filed & signed by the applicant as per passport signature only.
Three white back ground recent photographs on matt paper (Per person per visa)
If in Service: - Last three years personal income tax returns. Last three months' salary slips, original A no objection certificate/ letter from the current employer, Personal Bank statements last 06 months (till date) with bank seal and signature of the bank manager in each and every page with Minimum balance should be Rs 1,00,000/-
If in Retired: - Last three years personal income tax returns, Retirement / Pension letter, Personal Bank statements last 06 months (till date) with bank seal and signature of the bank manager in each and every page with Minimum balance should be Rs 1,00,000/-
If in Business: – Proof of Business i.e. company registration/ Partnership Deed. Partners NOC on letter head & partners Signed ID proof/ Proprietor ship proof , Last three years company income tax returns and company Bank statements last 03 months (till date) with bank seal and signature of the bank manager in each and every page with Minimum balance should be Rs 50,000/-, OR Personal Bank statements last 06 months (till date) with bank seal and signature of the bank manager in each and every page with Minimum balance should be Rs 1,00,000/-
If in New Couple: Marriage certificate or / marriage card & engagement proof (both Side) Parents Signed ID Proof & NOC (both Side)
If children accompanying – School / College ID card copy & current or Previous year Mark sheet copy.

Passport copies first & last page
Return flight ticket
Confirmed Hotel voucher day to day
Travel Insurance Policy
Travel Itinerary day to day
Others: Credit card copy-of the passenger front and back page
Covering letter from the applicant on company's letter head stating his Name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.
PHOTO SPECIFICATION:
Three recent color photographs, 35 X 45 mm in size with white background, Matt Finish Paper, no borders and face should cover 80% of the photo area. In case of a Female applicant, the hair should be tied up so that both the ears are visible
